• Dual pulley lace closure system offers a 6:1 mechanical advantage for easy tightening and consistent compression.
• Automatically conforms to various body shapes and sizes.
• Molded polyethylene anterior and posterior plastic panels work with the pulley system to generate radial compression and increase intra-abdominal pressure.
• Posterior panel extends from the sacrococcygeal junction to the T-9 vertebra, lined with contoured padding to evenly distribute forces along the lordotic curve.
• Removable anterior panel allows for a step-down treatment protocol, transitioning from rigid support to more flexible wear as recovery progresses.
