The oapl Hot & Cold Gel Pack features a non-toxic gel that retains heat or coolness for a minimum of 60 minutes.

Cold Therapy

  • Ideal for reducing swelling, inflammation, and acute pain.
  • Useful for sprains, strains, sports injuries, and post-surgical recovery.
  • Helps manage fever, headaches, and minor burns.
  1. Place the pack in a freezer for at least 15 minutes before each use
  2. Remove and wrap the pack in a dry towel
  3. Apply to the affected area

Hot Therapy

  • Ideal for relieving muscle stiffness, menstrual cramps, and chronic pain.
  • Improves blood circulation and promotes relaxation.
  • Ideal for arthritis, back pain, and tension headaches.

Hot Water

  1. 1. Place the pack in hot water (max 80°C) for 10 minutes
  2. Remove and wrap the pack in a dry towel
  3. Apply to the affected area

Microwave Oven

  1. Place the pack in a microwave oven (recommended 800W)
  2. Ensure that the gel is evenly distributed in the pack
  3. Heat the pack for 60 seconds at a low power setting
  4. Heating times will vary with the power of the microwave
  5. If more heat is required, heat in additional 10-second increments until the desired temperature is reached (Timing varies according to the size of the gel pack. Please look at instructions on the back of your gel pack)
  6. Allow the pack to rest at least 1 minute before application

Care Instructions:

  • Store at room temperature in a dry place when not in use.
  • Keep away from extreme heat, open flames, and sharp objects.
  • Do not puncture the outer bag. If the gel leaks, avoid contact with skin or eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly and seek medical advice.
