Why this brace? The Pil-O-Splint supports the wrist and hand in a neutral position during sleep, relieving pain from carpal tunnel, tendonitis, and arthritis while promoting healing.

Key features:

  • Two rigid dorsal splints immobilise the wrist and fingers in a neutral position to reduce strain and inflammation.
  • A small, cushioned pad filled with microbeads supports the palm, relieving pressure on the median nerve.
  • Covers the fingers up to the DIP joints to prevent movement and provide full hand support during sleep.
  • Constructed with foam and poly flannel for warmth, comfort, and improved circulation.
  • Can be worn on either the left or right hand.
  • Two Model Options:

    • Standard: Slides on and off easily; fits forearms up to 12" (30 cm).
    • Wrap-Around: Adjustable Velcro® strap fits forearms up to 20" (51 cm).

Benefits:

  • Machine washable and stays can be removed for easier cleaning.
  • Prevents the wrist from bending into painful positions while sleeping, promoting healing and reducing morning stiffness.
  • Relieves pain and numbness, especially effective for carpal tunnel syndrome, forearm tendonitis, arthritis, and repetitive strain injuries.
  • Immobilisation reduces inflammation and allows tissues to rest and recover.
  • Soft lining and ergonomic design make it suitable for overnight use without discomfort.
  • Simple to put on and adjust, even for users with limited hand function.

Indications/Conditions:

  • Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
  • Forearm Tendonitis
  • Arthritis
  • Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI)
  • Post-Injury or Post-Surgical Support
  • Neurological Conditions
