Vacoped Diabetic

The OPED VACOped Diabetic includes all the benefits and features of the regular VACOped with the additional inclusions of:

• Added volume of VACO cushions for increased support and resilience to weight-bearing activity
• Shear-free velour lining to decrease friction to be softer on fragile skin
• Black colour to hide exudate and moisture marks

Why this brace? This innovative vacuum cushion avoids pressure to the body site and provides stability due to a perfectly shaped orthosis every time.

Key features:

• VACO12 technology is a bead-filled cushion that molds to the foot like a cast. 
• Solidifies under vacuum. Re-molds with each fitting for adaptive support.
• Adjustable Range Of Motion (ROM) allows movement from -15° to +30°, or fixed at 10° dorsal flexion to offload the heel.
• The toe cover shields the foot from debris and enhances hygiene. 
• Rocker sole promotes a safe, natural gait and distributes pressure evenly. 
• Removable sole simplifies cleaning and allows the boot to be worn in bed.

Care Instructions:

• Liner is machine washable.
• Air dry only. 
• Wipe external shell with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
